- WhatsApp Voice Notes: The system can transcribe and understand intent from voice notes sent to your WhatsApp business number.
- Automated Translation: Queries in regional languages are translated to English to search your catalog, and responses are translated back to the customer's native language.
How to Enable
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Bhashini.
- Enter your Bhashini API Key and User ID.
- Enable the Voice Search toggle for your storefront.
- Configure the WhatsApp Voice Bot if you have WhatsApp Commerce enabled.
