Your Ecomentic account is your gateway to managing your online store. It contains your personal and business details, billing info, staff permissions, and account security.

What You Can Do in Your Account

• Update Your Profile: Change your name, email, or contact details.
• Manage Staff Accounts: Add, remove, or set permissions for team members.
• Billing Info: View invoices, change payment methods, and manage your subscription plan.
• Security Settings: Enable two-step authentication, reset passwords, and manage login activity.
• Close or Pause Store: Pause your store temporarily or close your Ecomentic account permanently.

Accessing Account Settings

To manage your account, go to Admin → Settings → Account.
