Pincode Serviceability

In the Indian market, serviceability varies significantly between regions. Our pincode engine ensures you only accept orders you can actually deliver.

How it Works

Before a customer reaches the checkout, they can enter their 6-digit pincode on the product page or cart. The system checks this against your shipping rules and integrated logistics partners.

Check Types

  • Delivery: Can we ship to this location at all?
  • COD Availability: Some couriers deliver to certain areas but do not collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.
  • Estimated Time (EDD): The system displays how many days it will likely take for the package to arrive.

Updating Pincodes

You can upload a CSV of serviceable pincodes in Settings > Logistics, or enable the live API sync with Shiprocket or Delhivery to keep it updated automatically.
